  2. We’ll review eligibility and provide the next steps, including return address and packing guidance.
  3. For exchanges, note the preferred size/color so we can check availability.

Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error. Please ship with tracking and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for parcels lost in transit without proof of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will prioritize replacements or corrections at no extra cost to you once confirmed.
